#1: Disney's "The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian" Even though "Prince Caspian" didn't follow exactly along with C.S. Lewis's book, I loved it! The action, new characters, and great casting were all just wonderful. #2: "The Lord of the Rings Trilogy"...
"The Secret of Pembrooke Park," by Julie Klassen
Genre: Historical Romance
About the Book: After a bad decision, Abigail Foster and her family are forced to sell their elite city house and become the tenants of Pembrooke Park- but all is not as it seems. Pembrooke Park is shadowed by a mysterious secret, and rumors of treasure in secret rooms abound. Can Abigail find the treasure, and restore her family's name?

My Review:
I love Julie Klassen's books, as each of them are so interesting and well-written- and "The Secret of Pembrooke Park" is no exception. It is now my favorite of Ms. Klassen's novels. I was hooked from beginning to end and loved the mystery in it and how realistic the characters seemed (although sadly, since I had borrowed it from a library, it wasn't in the best of condition and was missing several pages). There was really nothing I found wrong with this book, as it was clean, had no profanity to my remembrance, and was all around very enjoyable- although probably not for anyone under the age of 14 or 13.
